Job Summary

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Tax Resolution Case Manager Needed We are a Tax Resolution Company located in Simi Valley. Our company is growing and we need tax assistants and case managers to assist our Enrolled Agents to resolve client files.

Requirements

Remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment

The ability to recognize deadlines and work well under pressure and in a deadline driven environment

Proficient and comfortable with office equipment (Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook)

Ability to multitask while working with clients and navigating our software/database

Must not be afraid to make contact with clients by phone or meet them in person

Organize, strong written and communication skills

Excellent customer service experience

Job Duties

Ability to understand and prioritize deadlines and case urgency

Prioritize daily case load assignments and case closures

Collect and scan documents into clients' case file

Contact clients for additional documents/information necessary to complete their cases

Addressed any IRS and State letters and escalate case if needed for client's account protection

Provide case status and updates to clients

Review, prepare, and update IRS/State financial statements

Prepare and update IRS/State Power of Attorneys

Preparing case file and working closely with enrolled agents and tax preparer towards case resolution

Greet and contact clients over the phone and in person and verify clients’ personal information and update files as needed

Job Features

Compensation: $15-$18/Hour
Full or Part Time: Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Seasonal or Year Round: Year Round Employment
