ENROLLED AGENT (bilingual a plus English/Spanish)
Job Summary
Nationwide tax resolution firm with an A+ rating with the BBB. We are growing and need qualified enrolled agents, preferably those who have experience in the tax resolution industry but we will train.
Requirements
Must be current with Enrolled Agent license
Preferably 6 months to a year of experience in the tax resolution industry, we will train
Knowledge of the IRS and States collection processes
Great communication skills, and open to instructions/critiques
Able to handle a full workload with attention to detail
Good with deadlines and work well under pressure
Computer proficient, capable of adapting to our CRM
A positive attitude and a desire to excel
Job Duties
Communicate with IRS / State DORs daily on behalf of clients
Affectively negotiate resolution programs with IRS / State DORS
Prepare and analyze IRS / State financial statements for best resolution
Maintain an understanding of all tax resolution options such as Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible, Offer in Compromise, etc
Manage and prioritize a full workload and deadlines
Interact with other departments within the company to help effectively represent our clients
Supervise your assistant(s)
Close cases on a monthly basis
